Before we embark on journeys with plant or mushroom medicines, it can be beneficial to hold space and prepare space for ourselves ahead of time. These sessions are for energetic, mental, and spiritual preparation. Together we will journey to meet the high healing spirit of the medicine you are planning to work with in order to receive direction and open a reverent communication channel with the benevolent spirit of the plant or mushroom. We will do this through a shamanic journey, assisted by the sound of my drum.

These types of preparation sessions are helpful for clearing doubt, easing fears, and establishing connection with the benevolent spirit of the medicine. In addition to the shamanic journeying, we will discuss intention setting, ceremonial/ritual preparation, protection and grounding techniques, and I will offer intuitive guidance as I read your energy field.

Who This is For:

• Anyone planning to work with Grandmother Ayahuasca in the future or curious about working with Grandmother Ayahuasca (for ethical reasons, please note that I only work with those intending to receive the medicine from and with traditional indigenous teachers).

• Anyone planning to work with mushroom medicine

• Anyone seeking to learn how to work with cannabis in a ceremonial manner
